Gram welding/grinding curtains and lamellas CURT

Curtains and lamellas in 0.4 mm wall thickness for all forms of screening in connection with welding and grinding. Are available in 4 colours, approved according to DIN-norm.

For work place screening a complete system of components in galvanized C-rail is available. Curtains and lamellas are delivered loose or customized to these cabins. Easy and quick mounting.

  • Gram welding curtains are made in tear and flame resistant material that is cold-resistant down to -20°C.
  • Are standard delivered with a wall thickness of 0.4mm.
  • Gram curtains provides optimal protection.
  • They filter the dangerous UV- and infrared radition out according to DIN EN 1598.
  • The curtains are ideal in combinations with Gram noise protection partitions and Gram extensions.

Curtain colours are selected accordding to work task:

  • At welding tasks the mat darkgreen is used between cabins, and the transparent are used out towards open areas.
  • Clear transparent is especially suitable for grinding.

The curtains are delivered in two versions: Whole curtains or lamellas:

Whole curtains:

  • 2 widths: 1300 and 2000mm, with reinforced edges and strong eyelets in many lenghts.
  • Can be connected by press-buttons.

Lamellas:

  • Width 465mm in many lenghts.
  • Delivered with strong eyelets.
  • Lamellas provides easy passage, e.g. with tools.
  • Easy and inexpensive replacement of the single lamellas.
  • Lamellas provide many applications.
  • Can easily be combined with noise protection partitions and extension arms.
  • Stronger lamellas for e.g. gate openings are available.

Curtains and lamellas are available in special sizes.
